A one-page professional website
A single, mobile-friendly page built to turn visitors into calls. It includes a tap-to-call button, a contact form, a short summary of your services, the areas you cover, and trust elements such as licensed and insured language and years in business.
Google listing setup or cleanup
We set up or clean up your Google Business Profile, the listing that shows your business on Google Search and Google Maps, including categories, services, hours, business description, and photos.
Hosting and security
Reliable website hosting, an SSL certificate so your site shows as secure, and uptime and security monitoring to keep the site online and protected.
Small monthly updates
Up to 2 small content or photo changes each month, on your website or your Google listing. Examples include swapping a photo, updating your hours, or adjusting a few lines of text.
How it works
A simple start, with the technical setup handled for you.
Sign up
Choose the Starter Plan and sign up through the secure payment link. There is no setup fee.
Share your details
We send a short intake form to collect your services, service areas, photos, and logo, then build your page and set up your Google listing.
Review and go live
You review the page, we make adjustments, and your site goes live. Request small monthly edits by email, with a typical 3 to 5 business day turnaround.
What is not included
The Starter Plan covers the essentials. As your business grows, these come with the Builder Plan or higher.
- Extra website pages. Starter is a single page. Separate pages for each service or each town you cover come with the Builder Plan.
- Ongoing work to move you up on Google. Starter gets you set up and listed. The month-after-month work to help you show up higher when locals search comes with the Builder Plan.
- Google Ads and Facebook ads. Paid ads that put you at the top when people search come with the Growth Plan.
- More reviews and regular posts. Help getting and replying to customer reviews, plus regular posts, come with the higher plans.

These terms apply to the monthly marketing plans offered by Grow Local Flow. By signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Plans and pricing
Plan prices are listed in U.S. dollars per month: Starter $149, Builder $499, Growth $799, and Expansion $1,299. Each plan includes the deliverables described on that plan's page.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to your payment method on file, on the same day each month based on your signup date, until you cancel. Keeping a valid payment method on file is required.
3. No setup fee
There is no one-time setup or onboarding fee. The monthly price is the only cost we charge for the plan.
4. No long-term contract
Plans are month to month. There is no minimum term and no annual commitment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to [EMAIL]. Service and billing continue through the 30-day notice period, so one additional monthly charge may apply after you give notice. After the notice period, your plan ends and recurring billing stops.
6. Refunds
Monthly fees are not refundable. Cancelling stops future billing, but we do not provide refunds or partial credits for the current or past months, since work and platform costs are committed for each cycle.
7. Advertising spend
On plans that include ad management (Growth and Expansion), the money spent on Google Ads or Meta ads is separate from your monthly fee and is paid by you directly to Google or Meta using your own payment method. You set and control your ad budget. We never charge your ad spend or mark it up, and your management fee stays the same regardless of how much you spend on ads.
8. What is included and scope
Each plan includes the specific deliverables and monthly limits described on its page, such as the number of pages, edits, content tasks, or campaigns. Work that goes beyond the plan's scope is quoted and approved separately before we begin. Included monthly tasks do not roll over to the next month if unused.
9. Your responsibilities
To deliver your plan, we need your cooperation. This includes timely access to your domain, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts, the information and photos we request, and timely review and approval of work. Delays in providing access, content, or approvals can delay results, and the monthly fee still applies.
10. Turnaround and communication
We work on a monthly cycle and aim for reasonable turnaround on requests. Support is handled by email and during scheduled calls where the plan includes them. Small edits typically take 3 to 5 business days.
11. Websites and hosting
Websites are built and hosted on the Duda platform as part of your monthly plan. Hosting continues only while your plan is active. If you cancel, hosting ends and your website will be taken offline. You own your content, and you may request a copy of your text and images. Migrating a Duda-built site to another host may not be possible or may involve a separate fee, due to platform limitations.
12. Ownership of your accounts and leads
You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, your customer and lead information, and the content you provide. We set up and manage these on your behalf while your plan is active, and the accounts remain yours.
13. Results
We work to improve your visibility and lead flow, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, a specific number of calls or leads, or specific revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including search and ad platform changes, competition, your market, your budget, and how quickly you respond to leads.
14. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or outages. We will work with you to respond if any of these affect your account.
15. Price changes
We may adjust plan pricing. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.
16. Pausing, upgrades, and downgrades
You may upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
17. Late or failed payment
If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to update your method. Work may pause until payment is resolved. Plans more than 10 days past due may be suspended.
18. Termination by us
We may end a plan for non-payment, abusive conduct, or content that is illegal or violates platform policies. We will give notice where reasonable.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is posted on our website, and continued use of a plan after an update means you accept the updated terms.
