Own your pipeline
Why contractors switch from lead-generation sites to owning their own pipeline
Lead platforms charge you for every lead, and the customer often still shops around. When you rank on Google and Google Maps yourself, you keep the relationship and the margin.
- You own the website, Google profile, and customer data
- No more bidding against yourself on the same platforms
- Leads keep coming even if you pause ads
- Local customers already searching for exactly what you do
Built for the way local service businesses actually operate
These plans were built for roofers, HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and other home-service pros across Northeast Florida. Plain English, respect for your time, and one focus: more booked jobs from people who already want your service.
Quick math: lead platforms commonly charge $50–$100+ per shared lead. At 10 leads a month you may already spend more than the Growth Plan, for leads that four other companies also received, on a pipeline you never own.
What happens after you choose
Your first 90 days have a clear purpose
The exact work depends on your plan and starting point. The sequence stays the same: foundation first, then visibility, then lead flow.
Day 1 - 30
Profile setup or rebuild
Ownership, business information, categories, services, hours, attributes, description and service areas reviewed and corrected.
Day 31 - 60
Trust and content
A practical photo, post and Q&A plan that makes the listing useful to customers and easier to keep current.
Day 61 - 90
Review system
A direct review link, request templates and response guidance to help build a steady, policy-compliant review process.
Built for owner-operated businesses
A local partner, not a call center
You get a practical partner based in St. Johns County who understands local service businesses, explains the work clearly, and keeps your accounts under your control.
No long-term contract
After initial 3 months, cancel future billing or change plans with 30 days written notice
You own the assets
Your Google, Meta, website, and lead accounts stay connected to your business, always.
Plain-English reporting
Understand what was done, what changed, and what should happen next. No jargon.
Local market knowledge
Strategy shaped around Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and St. Johns County, because that is where we live too.
Paid ads, explained clearly
Your management fee and ad spend are separate
The Complete Visibility Plan includes campaign management. The money used to run the ads is paid directly to Google or Meta and stays under your control.
Management fee
Pays Grow Local Flow to plan, build, monitor, and improve your campaign. Included in the Complete Visibility Plan.
Ad spend
Your chosen media budget, paid directly to the platform. Most contractors start between $500 and $1,500 per month and can raise, lower, or pause it anytime.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which plan is right for my business?
Starter fits businesses that need a credible online foundation built correctly, usually a newer company or one whose current site is not producing calls. Growth fits established businesses that need stronger local rankings, more reviews, and consistent content. Complete Visibility fits businesses ready for the full system, including managed paid advertising, broader service-area coverage, and call and lead tracking. If you are not certain, the free visibility review will tell you which one matches your situation before you commit to anything.
How much does digital marketing cost for a contractor or home-service business?
Our monthly plans run from $299 to $1,199, billed monthly with an initial commitment of 3 months and no separate setup fee.
Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta. The right level depends on your current website, the size of your service area, how competitive your trade is locally, and whether you want paid advertising running alongside organic visibility.
Most contractors start at $299 or $549 and move up once the foundation is producing.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the monthly marketing plans. Starter, Growth, and Complete Visibility
are $299, $549, and $1,199 a month with nothing extra at signup. Billing
starts on your signup date and the first month covers the build work.
Two things do carry a one-time fee, and we'd rather say so here than have
you find it later.
The Website Launch Plan is $89 a month plus a $199 setup, because building a site is one-time work that hosting doesn't cover.
Ad management packages carry a setup fee that covers month one, with monthly
management starting in month two.
Is there a long-term contract?
No annual contract. Plans have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month. Cancel future billing with 30 days' written notice.
Is Google or Meta ad spend included?
No. The plan fee covers management: strategy, campaign build, ongoing optimization, and reporting. You pay Google or Meta directly from your own account using your own payment method, which means you control the budget and can raise, lower, or pause it at any time. Most contractors start between $500 and $1,500 a month in ad spend.
How soon will I see calls or leads?
Paid campaigns can generate activity within days of launch. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work typically shows meaningful movement within 60 to 90 days and keeps compounding after that. Exact timing depends on how competitive your trade and service area are and how complete your current online presence is. No agency can guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue figure, and we will not pretend otherwise. You get a plain-English report every month showing what was done and what changed.
Do I own my website, accounts, and leads?
Yes. You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, your customer information, and every lead the work generates. Website hosting and transfer terms depend on which plan you are on, and we explain them in writing before you sign up rather than leaving them buried in terms you find later.
What makes this different from buying leads from Angi or HomeAdvisor?
Lead platforms rent you attention and charge for every lead, and the same lead often goes to four or five other companies at the same time. This work builds visibility you own. When a homeowner searches for a roofer in St. Augustine or AC repair near them, you appear as the local business rather than as a purchased lead. The visibility keeps working after you pause advertising, and the customer relationship belongs to you.
I already have a website. Do I still need a plan?
Often yes, and Growth is usually the right starting point. If your current site is worth keeping we optimize it rather than rebuilding, then add ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile management, content, and review generation on top. A website that nobody finds is the most common problem we are asked to solve, and it is rarely fixed by building another website.
What do these plans actually do about AI search?
We structure your website, content, and business information so AI assistants can find, understand, and cite your business when someone asks for a local recommendation. That is the same foundation that helps you in Google, so the work compounds rather than competing for attention. AI visibility is improving quickly, but nobody can guarantee placement in an AI answer, and any agency telling you otherwise is guessing. Our AI Search Optimization page explains the mechanics in full.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are built to match different stages of growth, so you can move up or down as your capacity and goals change, with the change taking effect on the next billing cycle. To cancel after the initial 3 months, give 30 days written notice and future billing stops. You keep your domain, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, and the content created for you. Website hosting and transfer options depend on your plan, and we walk you through them at that point rather than making you find them yourself.
What happens in the first month?
Month one is the build. We research your market and your main competitors,
configure your Google Business Profile and ad accounts, clean up the
technical problems your site already has, set up call and form tracking so
leads can actually be counted, and plan the content calendar.
It's the quietest month you'll have with us. Very little of it shows up in
rankings yet, and all of it decides whether the rest works.
There's no separate charge for any of it. Your first monthly payment covers
this the same way it covers month six.
What areas do you serve?
Duval County and St. Johns County, which covers Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and the surrounding communities, along with nearby parts of Clay and Nassau counties. Our Jacksonville and St. Augustine pages list the specific neighborhoods and communities in each market.
How do we get started?
Request a free visibility review or call (904) 335-8594. We look at how your business currently shows up in local search and on Google Maps, show you the gaps, and recommend a starting point. You decide from there, and setup begins the same week. If the review turns up nothing worth paying to fix, we will tell you that.
